    Three stages of sale process

    1. Booking the apartment

    In order to confirm the booking of apartment the preliminary booking agreement will be signed and the deposit of 2000 EUR is required.

    2. Purchase contract

    The buyer and seller sign a notarial purchase contract which stipulates all the details of the purchase deal. 15% of the amount of deal is paid during the signing.

    3. Title transfer contract

    As soon as the apartment is ready for handover, a notarial contract is signed in order to transfer the property rights. At this stage the buyer is paying the rest amount of the deal (85%) and receives full possession rights.

    Apartment price includes:

    • Interior design according to the chosen finishing package
    • Installation of technical systems and connection to the general utility networks (water and sewage, electricity, heating)
    • Landscape and adjusting area development in accordance with the project

    Apartment price does not include:

    • Parking lot and storage facility
    • Notarial and state or government fees related to the purchase contracts
    • Connection fees to other service providers (e.g. cable TV, phone, Internet, security services, etc.)
